Dave Needham offers patient, flexible, one-to-one software training for all skill levels, from complete beginners to advanced users. Friendly and courteous tuition for most common PC software applications and areas is available, at your home or office, in Central London. Customised programmes can be created, allowing progression at your preferred speed. All of the following applications and areas are understood to the highest level:
- All Windows versions (3.x, 95, 98, 2000, ME and XP)
- All versions of Office : Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access (95, 97, 2000 and XP)
- All versions of Outlook Express & Internet Explorer
- All Internet and Email issues
- AOL and other proprietary email/Internet programs
- Security and protection, anti-virus and backups
- Photography and imaging (scanning and editing)
- Document scanning
- All aspects of PC system maintenance
- PC system optimisation and speed improvement
- CD creation (including archiving and multimedia use)
